My aim is to fight for social justice and against oppression, exploitation and abuse of power. I advise and represent my clients reliably and with personal commitment. My main areas of expertise are in the following areas of law:
Criminal Law (Strafrecht)
I offer effective criminal defence on behalf of the accused.
Criminal law is a tool of the state that can affect a person’s rights and freedoms like no other. With my experience as a criminal defence lawyer, I support clients at every stage of the process – from the first hearing, through the investigation, to the main trial. If needed, I can represent them at all levels of court.
I handle criminal matters and allegations of all kinds. I also take on court-appointed defence cases (Pflichtverteidigung).
In criminal cases with a political aspect, I work together with the client to develop a defence strategy that meets their individual needs.

Labour Law & Employment Law (Arbeitsrecht)
In labour and employment law, I advocate for the rights of employees, works councils and trade unions.
Employees often face a power imbalance at the workplace. In all kinds of proceedings against employers, I am available with my experience from handling many cases.
I offer help in all areas of working life, for example with dismissals, disputes over wages, holiday pay, company agreements, work references, and much more. Of course, I also represent my clients in labour courts – for example in cases of unfair dismissal or other conflicts with employers.
Social Law (Sozialrecht)
I help people claim their rights from authorities and in court in the area of social law. I provide advice and, if needed, can represent you in administrative proceedings (Widerspruchsverfahren) and lawsuits (Klagen).
I especially help people in cases against the Jobcentre (Jobcenter / SGB II) and the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit / SGB III).
In urgent situations, it may be necessary to file an urgent application at the social court (Sozialgericht) to get a quick decision. This way I can help ensure that essential benefits are provided as soon as possible.
